You Don't Have to Fight Them Alone

Bailey A. Sapien, J.D.

Practicing Attorney for your criminal and family law needs.

I am a native of Amarillo and graduated from Canyon High School, Amarillo College, and West Texas A&M University.  After obtaining my bachelor's degree, I went to San Antonio to earn my law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law.  While in Law School, I volunteered to help people with low income with their immigration and provided legal aid where I could and was recognized by the State Bar Pro Bono College for my excellent work in assisting indigent clients in Texas.  I returned home to Amarillo and practiced as an Assistant County Attorney in Potter County.  During my time with the County I prosecuted misdemeanor cases including: DWIs, Assault - Domestic Violence, Thefts, sex crimes and other criminal offenses.

Because of my experience in the prosecuting world, I know what it takes to defend my clients well. I know the system well and I can provide you the best chance of achieving the results you want. While representing the State, I earned the respect of my peers, superiors and judges. I now want to pass my talents on to the public at large by representing them, defending them, and getting them the justice they seek.
